Your children's ages and sleep routines (nap pattern, bedtime, wake time)

Trip type and any additional notes you choose to share

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Deliver your brief to the email address you provided

We process your information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the trip form, and on the basis of performing the service you have purchased.

We share the minimum necessary information with the tools that help us run the service:

Stripe — payment processing
Cloudflare — website hosting and (with your consent) privacy-friendly analytics
Resend — transactional email delivery
AI tools — which may help research and draft content for your brief

We do not sell your personal data.

6Data retention

We keep your information for up to 12 months after your trip, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw your consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

8Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the consent banner that appears on your first visit — if you reject, no analytics cookies are set. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
