The hard part

You've booked the trip. Now comes the hard part.

You don't need more information. You need the right information, pulled together for your specific trip, in one place you can actually use.

Seventeen airline policy tabs

Pram rules, baggage allowances and child fares, buried in pages that contradict each other and change without warning.

Editorial collage of a tired mother on her phone beside three conflicting blog headlines and social media clips

Conflicting advice everywhere

Every forum, blog and AI chatbot says something different — and none of it is about your flight, your hotel, your child.

A toddler fast asleep on a parent's shoulder

Naps, bedtimes and time zones

Working out when your child will sleep, eat and cope — across a clock change — is a puzzle nobody wants at 2am.

The nagging feeling

That you've forgotten something important. Cot? Car seat? The snack they'll actually eat? It sits in the back of your mind until boarding.

How it works

Three steps. That’s it.

1

Tell us about your trip

Your flights, hotel, dates, each child's age, nap pattern, bedtime and wake time — plus any worries, allergies or must-sees.

About 5 minutes
2

We research and build your brief

Your brief is assembled section by section and checked against what's actually true for your booking.

Researched against live sources — your airline's current policy, your actual hotel, the forecast for your dates. Anything we can't confirm online is flagged for you to check, never invented. A human reviews every brief before it's sent.
3

It lands in your inbox

A one-page emergency cheat sheet and bite-sized cue cards for the flight, sleep and meals — the full 18-page brief behind them. In your inbox, usually within a couple of hours. Screenshot it, print it, share it with the grandparents.

Made for the 2am check

One thumb. One glance. Sorted.

Gate change at 5am with the baby on your shoulder? The brief lives on your phone — no app, no login, no digging for the email mid-meltdown. The Trip Summary is the page you'll screenshot and actually use: flights, hotel, sleep plan and food needs on a single screen, with the detail behind it when you need it.

Why parents trust it

Honest by design.

Checked, not guessed

Most AI planners make things up confidently. This brief does the opposite: anything that can't be confirmed online is flagged "Not confirmed — please verify", so you always know what to double-check.

Real answers for your real bookings

Your flight number, your hotel, your dates, your child's routine. Not generic advice that could apply to anyone — a brief that only makes sense for your trip.

Yours to keep

A PDF you can screenshot, share with the other grown-ups, and check at the gate with one thumb. No app, no account, no subscription to cancel.

You could spend hours prompting and fact-checking an AI. Or you can spend five minutes on a form and get it done properly — with a human checking it before it reaches you.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

When will I receive my brief?
Usually within a couple of hours of completing the form — if we are busier than usual, within 48 hours at the latest. It arrives as a PDF attachment to the email address you give us at checkout.
What do you need from me?
Your flights (airline, flight numbers, dates and times), your hotel, your dates, each child's age, usual nap pattern, bedtime and wake time — plus anything you're worried about or mustn't miss. About 5 minutes on the form.
Is this only for flying?
The brief is built around a flight-based trip (it's where most of the uncertainty lives), but we cover the whole journey — transfers, hotel and days out included. If your trip doesn't involve a flight, tell us in the form and we'll adapt what we can.
Can you help with more than one child?
Yes — up to three children per brief, each with their own ages, routines and needs worked into the sleep plan, packing list and itinerary.
Is this a booking service?
No. You keep full control of your bookings. We never touch them — we research what's true about them and hand you the plan.
Can I ask a follow-up?
Yes. Reply to your delivery email with any question or correction, and we'll come back to you. Small changes to the brief are free within 7 days.
What happens if my flight or hotel changes?
Tell us before your brief is sent and we'll build it around the new details. If plans change after delivery, reply to your delivery email and we'll advise on what still applies and what needs re-checking.
Is my family's data safe?
Your details are used only to build your brief and are handled under our Privacy Policy. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Which destinations do you cover?
Anywhere. If something about your destination can't be verified online, it will be clearly flagged in the brief as "not confirmed" rather than guessed — that's the point of the whole thing.

Your trip is booked. Let's make the easy part actually easy.
